- Refunds are limited to one per customer (i.e. multiple services don’t qualify or multiple signups).
- Refunds are not granted to accounts closed for TOS violations.
- Existing product upgrade or downgrade will not be refunded, user will be responsible for the action.
- Existing customer are not eligible to get Refund. Only 30 Days Refund Policy work for New Account Singup.
- If already have product and order new product then no refund policy work. only 10 days credit back guarantee in Wallet of TextraHost.
- No refund policy for: installation fee, VPS, dedicated servers, SSL certificates, Domain Registration/Renewal/Transfer,Addons(Dedicated IP),Hosting Renewals,Domain names and licenses or custom software installs.
- No refund will be made if our team not found any issue in your Hosting plan from our side.
- No refund will be made if your Service(s) is suspended (due to Email Abuse, Inappropriate, Illegal, Immoral, Malwares, Phising, Spamming Related Issues, Account Over-use) or terminated.
- There will be no Refunds if the customer Requested for Migration of service from other servers as it will have some admin works to perform the migration task.
- To get a Refund customer should create an cancellation request from the clientarea and open a ticket.The refund will be processed in 7 - 10 working days to your original Payment method or Asking for the Bank details from our end.
- No refund will be made if your Service(s) is suspended (due to Email Marketing/Email Abuse/Misuse of our service/Inappropriate/Illegal/Immoral/Account Over-use) or terminated.
- Refund will not be available on purchase from credit balance.
- If You Make dublicate account for participate in 30 Days Refund policy, We have full rights to Ban/Terminate your account or asking for Govt. ID verification.

2) Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Request: To cancel your service, you must submit a cancellation request through our customer support portal or by contacting our customer service team via phone or email.
- Renewals: If you do not wish to renew your service, you must submit a cancellation request at least 7 days prior to your renewal date. Failure to do so will result in automatic renewal of your service for the same term length.
- Account Access: Upon cancellation, your account and data will be removed from our servers within 24-48 hours. It is your responsibility to backup any data you wish to keep before the cancellation takes effect.
- Domain Names: Domain name registrations and transfers are non-refundable. If you cancel your service, you may choose to transfer your domain name to another registrar or allow it to expire.
